Sorry I'm late. I got so busy with the October Groove that I forgot to mention if anyone has family history photos for their Thanksgiving celebrations you may post your layouts here for November. For those of you that do not celebrate Thanksgiving, you may make a layout of a family history event that happened in November.

In 1605 Guy Fawkes made an attempt to kill King James 1 and blow up the Houses of Parliament. On the night of November 5th, throughout Britain, we commemorate the capture of Guy Fawkes with bonfires and fireworks, and by burning an effigy of Guy.

Wow, this year sure has slipped by! I know most of you will be busy this month, but if you have time, lets scrap our family heritage holiday photos. I am looking forward to seeing your layouts this month.

Dad always brought from the fields a branch of holly for our Christmas tree. As we got older he would buy a fir tree from my great Aunts grocery shop. I used Carena's Dear Santa kit for this layout. x x x x hugs x x x

Sorry I was Late Here is one of My Grand Dad on Christmas Day 1942. The only time he was away from his family on Christmas Day was during the war. Christmas was his Favorite Holiday, I remember him having some jingle bells he would shake softly like Santa was flying away to wake us kids up on Christmas morning.
