If you did not make a back up copy the software and/or have lost your serial number, please contact our reseller Cleverbridge for further assistance. If you cannot burn a back up copy of the software yourself and did not order a back up dvd at the time of purchase, you can ask Cleverbridge how to purchase a back up dvd for $10.
When you contact Cleverbridge with your request, be sure to include your:
- Full Name
- Billing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Order number
- Date of purchase
If you don't have all of the above information (e.g., you've lost your order number), be sure to give as much information about your order as possible.
