Tutorial: Turn clip art into transparent PNG embellishments

Someone asked me to explain how to turn regular clip art into a transparent png for use in SBM so I created a new tutorial. She says it works fine for her so I thought others might benefit. You need some version of Photoshop Elements for this. Other image editing programs will work but the exact steps and commands will be different.

As always, any problems or errors are probably Granny or SRussel's fault.
