Did everyone pay 39.99 for this program. When I got the trial it was 19.99

Hi. When you installed the trial there was an introductory special offer for $19.99 which included the text, "Only until April 1st., regular $39.95". That particular special offer has expired. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Our current special offer is "buy before April 12th and we'll pay your shipping" which can be seen by clicking the "Special Offers" button at the top of this page. Hope that clears things up.

In terms of "what did other people pay" I'm not sure that's the main thing here so much as whether or not you enjoy using Scrapbook MAX! and if so, $39.95 is a fair price we think. We recently released a free update in which we added high resolution printing and a brand new high resolution content gallery which includes coordinated scrapping kits from some of the finest digital designers in the business. As well we provide prompt courteous support here in the forum which is on par with the best support to be found anywhere in our industry. My point being that we've done our best to pack as much value into that $39.95 price tag as possible, and we're committed to doing that on an ongoing basis.

I know it's no fun to miss the end of a sale by a few days but on the other side of that coin the nature of software marketing requires that expiration dates be placed on special offers, our hands are tied in that regard because it's all part of a larger cycle.
