  • Excited to get going

    Hi everyone!!
I just purchased the Scrapbook Max after using the trial version for a while!! I LOVE it.
We homeschool our children and are planning on using this for our History and even Science!! I was looking for a creative way to do both and after praying about it and searching I came across this site and idea!!
We are doing studies right now on famous women in history and my girls have done the research and now ready to start making their pages!!
I have lots to learn I am sure, but my girls are smarter than I am on this computer, so I am sure we will have lots of fun!!

    Take care,
    God Bless,
    Tari

        Thanks

        Thank you for the welcome!!
Today we were cleaning up some and I came across our wedding albums (been married 15 years now) and I told my husband that I want to scan in our pictures and make a scapbook with them !! I am so excited!!
        That should be fun!!
Then, I believe, I can put them onto a cd right? So I will have it saved and be able to pop it in and look at them whenever I want?
When I get to that point, I am sure I will have to ask you all professionals how to do it!!

        Take care,
        God Bless,
        Tari

          Hi there!

You've listed some fantastic uses of Scrapbook MAX! (schooling, wedding album, etc.) As for making a scrapbook on CD, you sure can!

To read more about making a CD, go to Help > Scrapbook MAX! User's Guide in the program's menu and read Chapter 6 on publishing; or read about it online at

          ...(again, read Chapter 6).

Of course, if you'd like, be in touch with us with questions or comments when you are ready to publish. And we'd love to see some sample pages in your member gallery!

I recently made a 100 Year Anniversary slideshow presentation for our church congregation with background music - we played it at the anniversary dinner on HUGE projection screens (HUGE) and I was so impressed with how it looked at that size! Of course, viewing it on the computer screen works really well too. Lots of pages were made with old photos that had been scanned. Here are some sample pages:

Have fun - Scrapbook MAX! makes walking down memory lane an exciting and creative experience! Stop by anytime with questions or just to chat!

Tari, I am the opposite. I had 3 boys and figured if I tried one more time for a girl, I would land up with 4 boys. So I quit!
