I love this program. The only negative I've found is over 3/4 of my saved albums are not able to pull them up and still have the designed pages. The pages are there but they are all grayed with error messages everywhere. I was hoping this would have been fixed when I came back but the problem is still there.

What version of Scrapbook MAX! are you using? (Go to Help > About Scrapbook MAX! in the menu for the exact version number)
Can you tell us what operating system you are using?
Have you recently re-installed the program and if so what steps did you take?
Have you moved your project folders out of the default location to another location on your computer?
