Content Pack Download

I have purchased Scrapbook Max. Awaiting its physical arrival I am using the download, which seems to be fine. However, after downloading the content pack twice (hours each download) I can't install it. I get the message the download is incomplete or the file is corrupted. Anyone else have that problem? Know of a solution?

We've come across that problem with a few of our dial-up users. Are you a dial-up user by any chance?

If so, (or even if not ...) do you use a download manager? Sometimes download managers will download parts of the file at the same time, and put them together in the wrong order (Resulting in a check-sum error).

Everything that you would download (And more!) comes on the CD ... but if you were using a download manager and would like to try downloading again, please do!
