I am having trouble with Journaling.......please tell me how to make it " fit" into whatever

After typing your journaling and it is showing on your page, resize to fit appropriate area.
If all words don't show, you'll then have to amend the size of the text within the 'journal text properties' by double~clicking the text and reducing the size of the font....
