Hello from the south of Scotland

Hi! I'm Evee, and I live in a small town in the south of Scotland. My flat overlooks the river Tweed that, further downstream, marks the border between Scotland and England.

I can't believe I've been hooked on digi scrapbooking for almost two years and have only just discovered Scrapbook Max! This is more my kind of scrapbooking than some other sites I have visited! Their layouts are getting too clever, too involved, if you know what I mean. The idea is to display the photo/s, isn't it? On some other sites it seems to me the photos are getting lost in a myriad of elements! So far I haven't downloaded the free trial, but any minute now I'll press the button. So looking forward to getting started on this new adventure!

I'm Susan, been here a short while, but am well and truly hooked, as I guess you will be any minute now. It's a great site, lots of help, advice and freebies, what more could you want? Bet you've some lovely scenery photos to scrap. I have only been to Scotland once, we stayed at Oban and went to Ben Nevis among other places, and the scenery had me in tears it was so beautiful!

Hi Sue ~ I'm off to Scotland tomorrow morning for Easter. Spending some time with my Mum and we plan to take her to Oban for the day. Weather is supposed to be lovely so looking forward to that.

Welcome aboard evee. You will be truly addicted in no time. I agree with you on the digi scrapping. I believe it is supposed to be about the picture too. But some people like all the embies, and that's what it's all about. Being able to each have their own style and create many masterpieces. Looking forward to seeing your LO's in the gallery.
