  • Hello from Arkansas!

Hello everyone! I am new to digital scrapbooking. I have done it the other way for years now with my house being over run by materials. I am a SAHM and have a 4 year old son and identical twin daughters who are turning one next week. I just don't have time to scrapbook anymore. I am excited about getting back into doing it and love that Scrapbook Max makes it so easy. My son has 3 finished scrapbooks and my daughters have zero. I feel so bad about that but am trying to catch up! I look forward to seeing all of your awesome scrapbook pages and getting some great tips.

Hi there! Glad you joined us! Whew - you DO sound busy ! However, I'm sure you'll find that Scrapbook MAX will make the task of making scrapbooks quick and easy (and fun - right, guys and gals?)

Your paper scrapbooking experience will no doubt be a huge source of inspiration. We're looking forward to seeing some of your work - stop by any time!

      Smaller is better!

      Hi there!
Glad you joined us! TWINS! Kids are always cuter in pairs.....although I suppose they're at least double the work! But I have a feeling you love your job. Can't wait to see some layouts of the 3 jewels!
And by the way...... I really changed my mindset upon using SBMAX. When I scrapped the "old way", I used to think that scrapbooks had to be these huge albums. It was as though a giant album was the only way to "do justice" to a person or an event. HOWEVER, what I do now, and what I think a few of our friends here do is SMALLER, more manageable scrapbooks. For example, I put together a 5 or 6 page scrapbook for my friend's new (and 3rd) baby. I also made a "wine buddies" scrapbook because when I was looking at my Paris trip pix, there were so many wine tasting ones. This made the task of sorting through my many many Paris pictures so much more manageable! I even made a one-pager to send to family members!
Anyway, I just wanted to share that with you because your comments resonated with me so much.
Happy scrapping, and remember, sometimes smaller is better!

        DigiScrapping

        Hi,

Welcome from another semi-newbie. I have done traditional scrapbooking for many years, also. I have enough supplies to open a small sb store! I'm in kind of a transitional mode right now. I like to create a digital layout and then adhere it to some of my huge stock of paper and add a brad or two and maybe some ribbon. This way I can use up my stock of 12 x 12 albums! But I'm loving the 8 x 8 albums - you can print the whole layout and just slip it in - what a great thing when you have little ones around. No mess - no fuss - just creativity! Also, the albums are flat and fit on any book shelf!

Hope you enjoy this program as much as I'm enjoying it!
