Help Please anybody

ok here's the problem, I was downloading some stuff and accidently unchecked the box for always ask when downloading. Now when I try to download it doesn't ask me if I want to open or save. Can someone help me. I did it once before and fixed it but it was a long time ago and can't remember
guess CRS is setting in already. LOL

ok system restore worked.
