How do you make layered templates?

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on making these templates? I'm very new at this and need help!!! Thanks in advance

Do you mean from scratch? I think you mean creating, in which you would need a programme such as photoshop. I'd love to be able to use that but I don't have the time to commit. If it's within Scrappy Max look in Fact and Questions on the forumand the Help section in Scrabook Max nd then click Scrapbook Max User's Guide.
