I saw someone talking about using Picasa to organize your downloads. I am pretty comptuer literate, but I DON'T understand how to use Picasa, can someone explain it to me, or tell me another easy to use program?

Picasa help

When I first opened Picasa it automatically found all the pictures on my computer for me. Then I just dropped and dragged where I wanted them to go. I found it very simple to use because it did all the searching for me. I don't know if this helps for not but Good Luck

Here's the link for Picasa... There's asection where you can "take a tour" and see how it works... it's really not bad, especially for FREE!

I spent a great deal of the weekend allocating 'keywords' to my SBM files in Picasa & I think it's going to work a treat. It's SO SO easy and quick to use.

I wish I could work out how to put my reply in this window which would incorporate the windows which I captured from my PC. Confused? So am I. (If anyone can tell me how to do it, I would be obliged).

Meanwhile back to the question of Picasa.
I've put together some answers in MS Word format but have had to put them into a ZIP folder for upload/download.
