Downloading Template Problem

I'm trying to download Templates. I click on the link, that the directions say to, and I get an .htm page that wants my Member Name and Password. I've entered it and then I get a blank page. I'm logged in now, and can not download anything accept the page to login. Can anyone help me. TY

Answered my own problem

I can't figure out how to delete my previous post, or edit it... so I'm replying. For some reason I could only login through using the browser Netscape. Once I did that I could go back to Explorer and everything downloaded as it should! I am a happy camper, I just bought the software today.
