logging in

I seem to be having trouble logging on.
I did forget my password, so i went through the right channels to retrieve it, i was sent another one & i changed that to one of my own, but i can't get in still, even if i use the one you sent me.
Any idea what is going on, would love some help on this matter

Thanks for the reply, & i'm not sure what happened myself, but when i went to have a look at someones layout ,it came up that i had to log in, when i did this it came up with another box say invalid password. But not to worry all is good now no more problems.
