Icon problems

I need to know what is causing my icon for the Scrapbook Max to act up. I even tried re-installling the C.D. but still acts the same. I can click on the icon and it does not work. I even waited for it to load and nothing. Somedays it works and some days it does not work.Is anyone else having this problem?

Do you have both the trial version and full version of SBM installed? That could be the problem. If so, try uninstalling the trial version ( you won't lose any of your work...)

I've never heard of that happening to anyone before. To make sure you have a "clean" install, go to Start > Control Panel and choose Add/Remove Programs. Then uninstall any copies of Scrapbook MAX! that you see - especially trial versions!

Now, reboot your computer and install from the CD-ROM.

I gave it a try so far so good. Took it off my computer and reinstalled it. thanks a heap for the advise. Love the program
