Re-installing Scrapbook Max

Hello,

I recently had to recover my computer system. I lost everything. I want to re-install my Scrapbook Max but I have a problem. When I put the CD into the drive and click install, it seems to just install the program with just 4 templates. When I installed it the first time on my download version it installed many more templates and embellishments. Where did I go wrong and how can I get my original purchased program back with all it's goodies?

Hello Maggie

When you install, there are two parts to install. The first part in the program but the second is the Contents. You will need to make sure you install both. You will find them both on the Startup menu of the CD.

I honestly thought this was MaggieMae too........... I thought to myself..... "SELF, what the heck is going on with our dear Maggie, that she would have drawn a blank on installing the program." hehehe. Well, MaggieM. We're glad your up and running now.

I was out of town for a couple days and was amazed at how many postings I had to read over the 2 days............. lol.
