Setting up personal posting site on web

I would love to set up a site like some of you have to share a few more templates that I have made that I just CAN'T get to fit under the 5MB limitation. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go online to set up a fast and easy site so I can post links to my layouts???

I would appreciate any input!
