Major Problem... please help

When I used to download templates they went right into template file. Not anymore, now it says to Name the file and it saves into my saved pages. I can't download the weekly challenge either. I am not sure if I accidently deleted something or what. I was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm afraid I'll lose everything. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix this glitch? HELP... Please!

I have uninstalled mine and reinstalled it and have lost nothing. Scrapbook Max has said also you do not loose anything. Mine was still there --- all the extras that I downloaded.Hope this helps.

Well I had problems and that is what I did. I was mighty scared I would loose it all but I have my faith in the word of Scrapbook Max that I would not loose my work and I did not. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out.
