Letters or card

I have come to the conclusion that purchasing cards for the holidays can get a bit expensive. This year I will be writing letters to my family and friends using SBM. Even if printed on regular paper, MAX will give my letter a unique, homemade look.

Any other suggestions would be welcomed on how to make it more special.
