Ah! It seems that other people have been having the same probs...

From a technical standpoint, that error means that the gallery doesn't have enough memory allocated to it to resize the picture you uploaded. Making that error 'prettier' is on my to-do list.

The reason we just don't simply allocate more memory is that we don't want to risk having our site slow to a crawl because too many users (or just one ill-meaning user) uploads extremely large files. It's a constant balancing act!

      Thanks!

The reason I was confused as to whay it would be too big was because of this...

        Allowable Image Types: jpg,jpeg
Maximum File Size: No file size limit.
Disk space allowed on your account: Unlimited
Disk space used on your account: 1,362kb (1,394,200 bytes)
Disk space remaining for your account: Unlimited

But now I know I'll make sure that I publish each file to full size and meduim size

            Hello,

            This error:
Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted

Means that the image was too large (too many pixels) for the script to resize. If you happen to receive that once or twice, please try with a smaller (less pixels) picture.

            This error:
failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Is the one that concerns me -- it points to an upload error. If you've received this error in the past, could you please try uploading again? Keep track (Step by step) of what you do to upload, and if the error occurs, please email support[at]scrapbookmax[dot]com with the steps you took, and if possible the image you tried to upload, and I'll run some tests.

Thanks for your help and patience!
            Desmond.
