Can't download purchased software

Hello All:

I am very new here. Last night I purchased Scrapbook Max but didn't complete the download.

This morning I went to complete the download but can't get onto it. When I click the link I received in Email, I get the following meassge:

The use of the download link you are trying to access has been exceeded.

Does anyone have a solution. I did email [email protected], but since it is Saturday I don't know if I will get a reply. I really wanted to get started with the software this weekend.

Great customer service

Well, I finally got ScrapbookMax downloaded yesterday. Thanks to the great customer service of ScrapbookMax.

As I am on dial up, I was having problems downloading all of it at one time. The site we download from only allows you two tries before it deletes the link.

Thanks to customer service for working with me and I managed to download the software.
