I need Help!!!

Hi, So i have downloaded all these great templetes and things and My whole scrapbook max is showing nothing. Its not even showing the pages I have done and saved are they gone for good why did the disapear?

1) Are any templates visible (ie. those that come with the program) when you choose 'New'
2) Are all your projects not visible?
3) Do you see any of your projects here:
My Documents\Scrapbook MAX!\Projects
4) Do you see any of your downloaded and installed templates here:
My Documents\Scrapbook MAX!\Templates

Hello,

Whenever you download and install templates, they'll be copied to My Documents\Scrapbook MAX!\Templates; as well, whenever you save your projects, they are saved to My Documents\Scrapbook MAX!\Projects.

Because you don't have templates in My Documents\Scrapbook MAX!\Templates, and SBMax doesn't see anything from My Documents\Scrapbook MAX!\Projects, my assumption is that your installation of Scrapbook MAX! is corrupted. You'll need to reinstall:

1. Contact support by clicking here. Request a new download link, so you can download the most current version.
2. Uninstall every Scrapbook MAX! entry in Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
3. Turn off your computer, and wait 1 minute (don't just reboot)
4. Turn on your computer, wait for windows to load, then wait 2 minutes more (just to make sure everything is loaded)
5. Download Scrapbook MAX! from the link support provided you
6. Install Scrapbook MAX! from the new file you just downloaded
7. Start up Scrapbook MAX!.

With a little luck, that should fix the issue. Uninstalling in this way doesn't remove the Scrapbook MAX! files in your My Documents folder, so assuming that your projects were successfully saved, you should be able to recover them.

Please post back here once you've completed this process, and let us know how it worked for you!

Yes, Desmond's ( and the rest of the SMB crew) is pretty sharp, so I think we should keep him around...
