Please Help!!!

Ok well I have only just recieved my CD today which was extremly quick on 5 days. I have a questions how do I use WINRAR files in Scrapbook max? I am so confused!!! Any help would be appriciated thanks oxoxoxox

Hi Kathy....

Winrar files are just zip files. You need the Winrar program to open them. It's available in the net, but I can't remember if it's free or not. You need to do a search for it. Once you have the program install, open the file and extract it to the folder you want.

Followed your link and when I clicked on the download free button, ended up on another site. When you register there, it takes you to an area for a download membership which costs money.

Other than the first page, there was no more mention of the winrar program.

Has anyone else tried this?

Winrar is free for 30-40 days (can't remember which length!)

I have it, and Winzip and both are great little programmes!

After you download the item, simple change the file extension from .rar to .zip then it works as a regular zipfile. At least it always has for me!
