I am not an expert on this but I will offer my humble thoughts. Can you play DVDs or burn rewritable CDs/DVDs on your computer? A DVD-CD-RW drive is different from a regular CD drive. If I click on START, MY COMPUTER, my D:drive shows DVD/CD-RW drive. Maybe your computer does not have this hardware? The DVD hardware is not included in Scrapbook Max. SBM only makes use of existing hardware in the computer.
