12X12 printing, here I come!!

OK, so I've ordered 10 packages of double sided 12X12 archival quality photo paper (I got a TOTAL deal of 50% off and no shipping!) I've ordered my Epsom R1800 printer (has 12X12 as a default paper size and can do 12X12 borderless!, PLUS I got 10% off retail AND a 100$ mail in rebate!) Finally, I've bought my non trial version of SBM.

Now everything just has to be delivered and I'm all set! I hope it works as easy as it all sounds because I've heard talk about the pages not printing 12X12 even when they should. Apparently, the photo paper also comes with software that you can use to use a normal non 12X12 scanner to scan in your 12X12 scrapbook pages.

Anyone know any tricks or "gotchas" that I should look out for when setting this all up? I'm so excited to get this all working!
