copying files into scrapmax

Can someone tell me how to name a file I am copying into scrap max under the "scraps" and "embellishments" files so that I can recognize it and not have it listed as "new folder"

You can rename a 'new folder' by right clicking on that folder, then clicking on 'rename', and typing in your new name.
