Ellen, I too just made a purchase from the sbm store, It didn't take but a few mins. and I received my links to the store to download products. May I suggest checking your email again to see if the links came yet. If you haven't try checking to make sure it didn't go to your spam folder. I hope this helps.

I got my email in about 5 minutes. It took me longer to choose which ones to buy then it did to buy and down load them.

After I get property tax and holiday bills paid, I will be buying more templates / kits.

I'm too impatient for links in my email and sometimes ...

I typically go to my account after I make a purchase and can find links for download right there instead of waiting for links to come to me in email. Can't remember if that process works differently with store purchases. I bought quite a bit from the store resently and didn't have to wait for links. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I just downloaded it once I found the link in the invoice. Thanks all, but I really never got the emails and I checked my spam quarantine, too. But I've got it now, thanks!

Hello Everyone!

Purchases from the store do go through a battery of 'fraud' checks -- however in 99% of legitimate orders, you should receive your download links automatically (it's an automated system) and immediately.

If you don't receive your links right away, definitely let us know and we'll deal with it. Please keep in mind that our office hours are 9-5 CST M-F (but you can order 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week ... since the store is, after all, automated ... and doesn't sleep )
