Freezing when trying to add a picture - version 2

The app freezes whenever I try add a picture.Ā* Has been happening for awhile... i just go back to version 1 and worked w it.Ā* When I started the app version 2 this morning, it already checked for updates... IS there another bug fix?Ā* I am running Windows 10.Ā* Please help. Thank you

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the software?
