    I'm new to Scrapbook Max! 2.0 but loved the trial version so much that I purchased the full version today after only 2 days' use. But after several failed download attempts, I still don't have it. I've called Customer Service, sent several emails, & all avenues seem to be making a continuous circle. When I click 'download' in the confirmation email, it goes to 'redirect' & eventually says the file can't be found. What am I doing wrong?
