Help I Need This

I am looking for a lace dolie the ones that are paper and have a heart shape in the middle..like we used to buy to make valentines in school..or a lace heart shape..if anyone has one or can tell me where to find it I would sure appreciate it..Thanks bunchs..

Thanks those are beautiful....would still like to find some that look like the paper ones with the openings in them..downloaded some off the net but would take forever to the bg color out of them...
