Need help...Please

Got my Scrap Book Max in the mail...I have downloaded on my pc..
Only problem is...It will not download the Content Pack..
What can i do to down load them..Have tryed a # of things...
No go... Thanks for any help.. Only have the trial stuff...

Be sure you uninstall your trial version first. Everything you have made with it will still be there.
