7-zip help please

O.k so I'm trying to take the great advice always offered here and download
7-zip to get to those alluring RAR files. Only thing is I go to the site (http://www.7-zip.org/) and it gives me technical options - urgggh!
They are download .exe 32 bit
or
download .msi x64

I have windows XP. Can anyone tell me which download I want?
