Question - aligning scraps

I'm still playing with the trial version. I can't seem to find out how to align a scrap. I did manage to get the scrap underneath a photo with your help. If a photo box is tilted, how can I tilt the scrap box underneath it? Thanks again.

Click on the paper scrap. You will notice a bounding box around it. Take your mouse and then hover around one of the little squares with your mouse pointer. When a curved black arrow appears, rotate your picture by holding down the left mouse button and dragging your mouse around.

Thank you Sandy. Since I'm using the trial version right now, I don't think I have the User's Guide yet. I tried what you suggested....and found it okay. Thanks again.

You should have access to the help files in the trial version. At the top of the design space you will find a list of menu commands (File, Edit, Align, Page, Object, etc.)—this is the program menu. Help is one of the menu commands. If you click on Help, a dropdown menu will appear. One of the options is the User's Guide.

There is also a getting started video that is very helpful on this site at http://www.scrapbookmax.com/site/tours.php.

Thanks Sandy. I did try to watch the videos, but they crash out on my system. I also tried the help menu on the trial version but couldn't find anything that explained it. But thanks to you, I think I've got it!

That's too bad about the videos because they are really helpful. The User's Guide is great too. I'm happy you found it.

The User's Guide is included with the trial version. It is on the Help menu. You can even print it out if you like. If the videos are not working, you should make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. 99% of people have it, but if you don't or are having problems, you can get it free from www.adobe.com.

Thanks you everyone and Gracie. I do have the Flash Player installed. The videos start playing, but stop fairly quickly. It may have something to do with all the protective software I have. I really don't know. I have problems with other videos too, not just this one.
