Asking for help making templates for military book

I am not sure if this is the right way to do this or not.....First let me introduce myself. My name is Shelby I am a 42 year old SAHW and the proud wife of a US military man, he has proudly served this country now for 10+ years. I am trying to scrap his career and I am only using the scrapbook max program. I dont have the time to learn the actual PSP and PSE and all those programs.....You may ask why I have less time then some of you so if you bear with me a minute I will explain. I have been battling breast cancer for the past two years and it has now turned into bone cancer as well. I have been told that I have less then a year left so i am trying to get all those things done now that i thought I had a lifetime to do. I was wondering if any of you wonderful and talented people would be willing to put together some templates for me so can expedite this process. I ahve over 4000 photos to use (I know I cant use all of them) He has spent four tours in iraq now so i have lots of desert pics to do as well. I got a couple templates off of the templates board earlier and have already used them. I have plenty of military kits and all just not the time noe knowhow to put them all together. I would be willing to share if someone had the time to make them..They are only for my personal use so i dont beleive it will be an issue of mixing and matching different kits and elements. I am a very proud woman and it pains me to have to ask for this help...I would be forever grateful if someone could help me though...Thanks for reading and God Bless

Shelbz I am so sad for you,. You have amazing strength and I have such admiration for you. I would offer to help in achieving your task myself but there are some incredibly talented people onhere who I know will offer their talents to you and treat your photos with the creative expertise they deserve. You won't have to wait long I am sure. Keep watching this thread.

im sorry to hear of everything that is happening to you, my thoughts and prayers are with you xx

i have a suggestion that may help you, if i put together an embellishment kit - say 10 papers, some brads, frames etc and if i can get some of the other ladies and gents on site to agree *starts twisting arms and giving the look* maybe we could all put together 1, 2, 3 or more template pages each so all you have to do is double click on the photo spaces and add your photos

what do you think?

ANGELWITHIN came up with great plan for making a kit ..You could use the MASK layouts and drop the papers in to make some quick templates that are military..Also look in the newsletter thread..Have bunches of helpful papers there..

To get you started..I know we have had some FANTASTIC military templates out here especially ANGLE has put some out.. I'll have to search the rest. But we will put some together for you ASAP!!

Oh I do hate hearing that word cancer.. my heart goes out to you and your family... If I read your "post" correctly you have kit's but need "templates" to use them in as well... (mask ones?)
I know Autistic has given you a HUGE head start.. I will do some mask templates for you with pleasure! Just keep checking back as I will start today.. will post them here as I finish with them.

Lost all female relatives so far to cancer and it hits home everytime I hear the word!!

if / once you've done a layout - whoever gets it done first (wont be me im going off down the beach now for a walk) could everyone just place their templates into the same post in the template section so they will be easy to find

Shelby, I am so sorry to hear of your situation. You are so strong, to be thinking of your hubby when you yourself are going through this. You sound like a wonderful person. I am sure a lot of people here will want to pitch in and help.

Just did two masked ones quickly as well.. supposed to be "working".. hahahahahaha. well that can wait till tomorrow.. dust and dog hair never killed anyone in this house before so it can just stay where it is for now..

here are the two masked temps so that Shelby can use the kits she already has.. Shelby, just click on the grey's and click "properties" and then change picture.. choose the paper you want and click OK.. it will change automatically.. add in any embies you want.. Hope this helps a little.
