Can't instaling the content pack

HI all,
I'm only just up and running after months of problems with my PC. I Bought a laptop a couple of days ago and obviously SBM was the first programme I installed I managed to install my SBM programme but it diesn't seem to want to install the content pack, it just doesn't come up when I put the disk into the drive and it did when I first put it in to install the actual programme. It's an origional programme, I bought it in about october last year so it's not because I haven't downloaded it properly or anything. I'm puzzled as to what the problem is so thought I'd ask you all, any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Is the problem that the CD AUtorun menu doesn't appear, or that the install fails? If the former, you can go to My Computer, right click on the sbmax cd icon and choose 'open', and then double-click on the sbmax content pack installer.

the menue appears but i just can't click on it, if i do it doesn't do anything,just hangs there. I tried the other way and the same thing happens.
is there an other way i can get hold of the content pack do you know?

I'd like you to try the CD in another computer, to determine whether the problem is the disc, or your computer.

If it's a bad disc, we can send you another. If it's your computer, there's nothing we can do from here (and a new CD wouldn't help).

I could make it available to you as a download, but it is *huge*, and if the above problem is your computer, downloading it wouldn't help either.
