I'm thinking of having a go at digital scrapbooking but also wondered if when using the scrapbook max programme if you can print out the individual elements on their own, for using in normal scrapbooking.

Also can anyone tell me what the postage will be to the UK, on this programme.

Certainly! You can print out anything you like, including an individual embellishment or a background or paper or whatever. Just add it to your blank page and choose File > Print!

I print out a lot of the elements for use in my regular scrapbook & it works great. A tip--I print the elements on clear sticker paper. Then I can use them in my scrapbook without worrying about cutting it out perfectly or leaving a white border around it. This also works great for things like ribbons and bows.

Hi I'm new to this board and the whole digital scrapbooking world... I downloaded the trial version of Scrapbook Max and found i like what I've seen so far (though I would like to be able to print the pages out to fit more then just a 8 by 8 page spreed) My question here is in printing out the embellishments to use in your scrapbook pages what kind of printer are you using? I've got a regular HP Deskjet printer but what I'd really like is to be able to print my scrapbook pages on a photo quality printer so as to get photo quality prints. However for the time being that is not an option for me I just want to be able to know what to get when it is. I should say my husband just bought a lazier colored printer for business purposes he says I can use however I have no idea what kind of paper I can use be it scrapbook, photo, ext. besides just regulier paper.

I Use Photo Paper

I am using HP Glossy photo paper (8 1/2 x 11) You can do your pages in many different sizes. You need to pick the page size. Click the tab where the backgroud and size option is at. You can find that on the tool bar. Click on size then pick the size you want. I was a paper scrapper (12 x 12) but have converted to the Landscape view (11 x 8 1/2) in SBM. I am very happy with my results. I like being able to use standard size albums and using standard size papers. You have many options and I would recommend exploring those options.
