  • I am in such a muddle ~ please help.

I have had my Scrapbox Max CD for a few weeks, because of other things going on, I haven't had the time to come to grips with it.
Each time I try, I find it easy to find a suitable template, BUT, I have found that I cannot gain access to my jpeg pictures which are in a folder on my computer. I have had this folder for a long time and I can gain access to update my website and to use my pictures on PaintShop Pro. I have v7, 9 and 10

Another question which may seem a daft one, is Scrapbook Max compatible with the PaintShop Pro/Corel graphic programmes, I am sure I have seen this mentioned somewhere on the boards.

I am sorry to be a pest, but because of other things on my mind at the moment, I am finding difficulty in concentrating, yet, I am itching to produce even a simple scrapbook.

    Your efforts are beautiful,

    Thank you,

    MaryL

    Hello MaryL,

    Regarding your JPEG images:
    1. Choose Object > Photo
    2. You have 4 options (My Pictures / Gallery / My Documents / My Computer). If you can't find your JPEG files in 'My Pictures', use 'My Computer' to find them on your system.
    3. Select the photo you want
    4. Click 'OK'.

Does that work for you? If not, do you get an error?

Scrapbook MAX! is compatible with all standard image formats (eg. JPEG/PNG/TIFF) -- so as long as a program can output to these formats (Paintshop Pro and CorelDraw both can), it is compatible with Scrapbook MAX!.

Never a pest! Always a pleasure.

    Desmond.

Thank you Desmond, you are a star, I was trying to gain access to my pictures, directly from the folder, instead of clicking on objects. I had also missed the "picture views" button on the right hand side of the tool bar.

So simple when you know how, so frustrating when you don't
