  • Looking for...

    Hi everyone,
I'm looking for an old-looknig alphabet for my upcoming Old Quebec album. Anyone knows where I can download one ? I've been looking in a few scrapbook sites, but I cannot find any. So if you have one, or know where I can get one, let me know what site you got it from !!
    Thanks in advance !

Awesome link Wendy! There's a ton of scrappable fonts there. In fact I liked that link so much I feel moved to coin a term! [drum roll]

      Ahem.

      Scrapticious

It means "related to scrapping". One dozen variants include:

      Scraptilian - One who scraps.
      Scraptathon - A scrapping marathon.
Scraptangular - Any piece of scrapping content with an appealing shape.
Scraptistic - The quality of being adept at scrapping.
Scraptosis - Temporary discomfort from a scraptathon.
Scraptologist - One who helps others learn to scrap.
Scraptometrist - One who helps others repair/augment their scraps.
Scraptography - Whenever a husband uses strategic eyebrow movements to deftly sidestep a scrap related question from his wife.
Scraptastrophe - Anything which diverts a successful scrap.
Scraptoon - Any container which holds scrap related stuff.
      Scraptorial - Any scrapping tutorial.
Scraptist - One who lives with the philosophy that the fun scrapping provides is an important part of life.

Please feel free to add your own. This is a scraptocracy after all... And with that I bid you a hearty scrapta-doodle-doo!

thanks, that link is awesome. But I was looking for alphas rather than fonts, for alphas have more detail in them. I found what I was looking for anyways. But thanks for that link, it will be very useful in the future and to anyone here !

In a recent convention of Scraptists, it was suggested by an emminent Scraptilian that a Scraptathon was in order, since there are so many Scraptistic ones among us. A great deal of discussion was devoted to the results of possible Scraptosis, and of course the inevitable Scraptography was also considered.

We are happy to announce that do to the unselfish dedication of several Sraptologists and Scraptometrists in our midst, A Scraptathon will indeed take place in the near future, sponsored of course by our beloved Scrapevelopers.

In order to ensure the success of this momentous Scrapevent, and to avoid any possible Scraptastrophe, we are asking all Scraptilians interested to provide Scraptorials, which can be deposited in the Scraptoon provided in our main Forum.

May the Scrap be with you all!

          Scrapticiously yours,

          ScrapyGranny

ps: Jessica, you could share with us where you got your letters.

Corey: Can be poste this in the main forum, so that all the interested parties can take notice and prepare for the event? Thank you.

if anyone's interested, i'll look it up... The thing is I went through so many sites that I don't remember which one I got it from, and I didn't keep those sites in my bookmarks... so I'll have to do that all over again.
Be patient, when I'll have some free time I'll find the website for y'all.

I downloaded every one of the ABC's BUT.....

They are all on one file! I'm not able to separate them. I tried with no luck! I really like all of them and was so disappointed that I could not figure out a way to use them without cropping each letter individually. Oh well!
