pictures fail to come into program

I'm trying to make a scrapbook page and when I double click on the area to bring in pictures from "My Pictures" file, it states that it failed to download the pictures. Can someone help me with this?

Hmmm...Are your photos stored in "My Pictures" or is it possible that you have them in another location? If so, when you go to add a picture, you can navigate to the proper folder (from the box that appears when you click on the add a photo icon or double click on the grey "photo" area in a template) and select your photos from there.

...Not sure if this is the issue. Maybe some one else can jump in with a suggestion...
