Help!!!

i have some stuff i downloaded and it opens as efax microviewer..try as i might i cant figure how to get it to sbm...i can get it by going to start..all programs..acessories..windows explorer..my docs...sbm..projects.......But not from sbm.. projects......then i tried epacker to no avail...tried copy pasting...click and drag...says its there but cant find....grrrrr...i have wasted like 2 hours...if anyone can help i would so appreciate it...

Have a feeling that you got these files from the same site that I did. Have some instructions that were there. Maybe they will help. Concerned about naming the site since there are rules here about linking. Send me an email too and I can forward them to you. They are in Microsoft Word which is not one of the files that can be uploaded here.

If you can see what file type they might be ... For example .doc for Microsoft Word Document or .pdf for Adobe acrobat, we can point you in the right direction.

eFax files

Pictures attached of what the thumbnails look like. Is this what you have?

The following is probably what the properties of the files show. When you run them with the instructions that I have, you will then get .pdf files. It's really not difficult to follow - just need the steps.

application eFax.com Microviewer (32-bit)

There are 2 types, the old program and the new. Need to have a new one already installed and open before you can extract the files from the old ones. They are suppose to be redoing all the old ones to the new format.
