        Just an idea...

I'm wondering if it would be better to created some dashed lines around the outside edges? Cut out the 2 pieces along the dashed lines, glue them together, then do the trimming. Seems like the fold has to be very precise in order to get the halves to line up correctly.... ummmm

Cool idea! And going along with Steve's idea about dashed lines, gluing and fitting, then trimming, if you could print them on 4x6 (2 - 1 for front, 1 for back), you could have them printed very cheaply and have a more permanent product than you get from alot of ink jet printers. Some are more permanent than others, but for gifts and such, the printed ones are more durable and water resistant. But great design!
