  • Native American Beadwork embellishments

Hi, there! I really hope this embellishment attachment works! Have spent the better part of the evening trying to learn how to do this.

I've had a hard time finding Native American embellishments, so I used scans of my own beadwork to hopefully create borders/strips that can be used by others with Scrapbookmax. Please let me know if it doesn't work.

I've downloaded several embellishments from you all -- THANK YOU -- and have been so busy making pages for my children's and grandchildren's photo albums that I've not yet taken the time to thank you for your phenomenal creativity and generosity. You're awesome!!!

Native Beadwork - maybe this time

Well, I'll give this another try. If it doesn't work this time, I'll get a good night's sleep and try again tomorrow.

I just download the first, the smb.zip. Then extract the smb file and click it to proceed as the same with the others smb files. Its work from me.

                  Not Mine MaggieMae

It is a lovely thumpnail! I haven't been able to download it yet.

BTW, Maggie, where in AZ are you? We really need to meet up sometime. Are you in AZ as a snow bird or permantly? My folks are in Mesa and I'm in El Paso. I drive through couple times a year! The folks are coming this Friday for the Holidays.

We are snowbirds in Tucson! I'm a little homesick for friends and family but the sunshine here is wonderful!

BTW, I was able to download the beadwork - it's great. It came zipped, but when I clicked on the file it downloaded directly to SBM embies.

Wow, it's a small world. I used to live in AZ. Apache Junction and Mesa. My parents live in Page and my sister is in Phoenix. It's sooooo beautiful and I miss it soooo much. We wanted to go back but ended up settling in NC. While there I really got into the beading - an awesome and satisfying craft. It would be interesting to see where everyone else is from in AZ.
