Here's the lace frame you wanted as an smb file and the instructions to use a paper scrap as a background.
After you've clicked on the "change picture" button for your background, follow this path:
Click on "Browse" in the lower left corner of the box that popped up.
Click on "My Computer"
then "Local Disk {C:}"
then "Program Files"
then "Scrapbook MAX!"
then "Gallery"
then "Images"
then "Paper Scraps" and find the scrap that you want to use.
All of this is assuming that you're using a Windows PC and not a Mac. I know it's a long path to follow, but it works. I hope that helps!
