How do you use these items that are available for down load. They only seem to be available as a page and not individual items to add to pages?

I downloaded these seashells, which I love by the way, but they weren't saved under 'embellishments'. When I downloaded them, it said ''template succesfully installed''. And when I open that template, there's the three shells... But I can't use them on any template I want, just on that one, since I can't access them as embellishments.
Can you try re-posting another download link ?
