Here is my template from Julies Week 4 challenge...it was a made from one of my many kits...The template Contains:
5 papers
Colored Staples
Cicular Stitched Mats
Dots
Blue Stitched Band

The picts I used where pre-cut into circles/ but you can use Circle shape provided in Max...Have fun (((HUGS))) to all
