New Version? Really? IS it available?

I believe this was a old template that came with scrapbook max originally.
But when some one comments on them, they come right to the top.
There are a lot of them if you go through all the template postings. They are very nice and still very usable even though the quality is not quit as nice as the new version which we have right now.
