Template: Girly Stripes

I've finally figured it out! I broke down and bought Photoshop Elements 4 last week, and it was driving me crazy!!!! I could not figure out how to do anything in there. I spent countless hours reading the manual & searching the internet for tutorials. This template is the result. All of the papers and the tag are my own creations. Hope you like it. I know Shelby is excited to use the new papers, so we'll see what she comes up with. I'm sure she'll have to post her layout too, so watch for that.

I had never thought of putting pink & green shades together but the last few I have seen have been excellent,& have opened my eyes towards colour schemes, I must learn to be more adventurous
